01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 3phdream ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 3phdream website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the 3phdream website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 3phdream platform and close your account if one has been created.

02 Eligibility
To register and use 3phdream, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 3phdream or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.

3phdream reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.
Age Restriction: Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on 3phdream. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
03 Account Registration
To access the full range of 3phdream services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active 3phdream account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3phdream login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
- Unauthorized Access: You must notify 3phdream support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. 3phdream will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to notify us promptly.
- Account Verification (KYC): 3phdream may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended.
- Account Closure: You may request closure of your 3phdream account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures prior to closure.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 3phdream are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted Payment Methods: 3phdream accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform at the time of transaction.
- Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. 3phdream reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
- Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your 3phdream account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.
- Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- Withdrawal Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
- Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page. 3phdream reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal requests.
- Source of Funds: 3phdream reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal. Funds suspected of originating from illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
Note: 3phdream does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet) may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your provider.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
3phdream offers various bonuses and promotions to
eligible players. The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified 3phdream players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in each promotion. 3phdream reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your 3phdream account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
- Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
- Abuse Prevention: 3phdream actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to fulfill wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
- Modification of Promotions: 3phdream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification.
06 Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on 3phdream are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all games on the platform:
- Random Number Generation: All slot games and virtual table games on 3phdream use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified.
- Live Casino: Live casino games are streamed in real time from regulated studios. All live dealer games are conducted in accordance with the rules displayed within the game interface and are subject to the oversight of the relevant studio operator.
- Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during a game round, 3phdream reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

07 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3phdream and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
- Registering or attempting to register more than one account on 3phdream.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
- Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with 3phdream games or systems.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
- Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on 3phdream.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3phdream staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Accessing 3phdream from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
Fraud & AML: 3phdream complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) regulations of the Philippines. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the AMLC as required by law.
08 Responsible Gaming
3phdream is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or personal harm.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders to help manage the duration of their gaming activity on 3phdream.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your 3phdream account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications.

09 Intellectual Property
All content on the 3phdream platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of 3phdream or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 3phdream platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from 3phdream without prior written consent.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 3phdream content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the 3phdream platform.

10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3phdream and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
- Interruption or unavailability of the 3phdream platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Any decision made by 3phdream in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture.
3phdream's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

In the event of a dispute between you and 3phdream, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform conduct, 3phdream operates within the regulatory framework of PAGCOR, which provides oversight and dispute resolution mechanisms for licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines.
